Building Stage
After deciding on the floor plan that fits your family's needs, choose your options, appliances and any modifications. Upon the builder agreement signing and financing completion, your dream home construction begins.
Construction Phase Steps
- Complete lot survey and soil tests if necessary
- Conduct a perc test for the septic system
- Submit utility service application
- Obtain all Permits necessary
- Grade your lot and building pad
- Have surveyor stake for foundation
- Deliver the home
- Set and assemble the home
- Build your garage, porches, decks, or other custom features you may need
- Complete the exterior of your home
- Pour your driveway, walkways and steps
- Finish landscaping
- Install heat and air unit
- Get final inspections and approvals from the required agencies and receive your Certificate of Occupancy
